Work

What we built, and what it is.

Two kinds of evidence, each labelled: work we have done for clients, and work we built inside our own operations and run every month. Collapsing the two would be the easiest way to mislead you.

Client engagement

Work we have done, or are doing, for a client.

Built in our own operations

Built and used in our own business. Demonstrable, and the basis for what we build for clients.

Client engagement

Paid search for McKesson pharmacy automation

The problem
A specialist B2B product line that needed qualified enquiries from a small, specific audience, where a wasted click costs more than it looks.
Our role
We run the Google Ads programme and the monthly read on what it produced.
What we built
Account structure, keyword and negative-keyword strategy, ad copy, conversion tracking, and reporting that separates raw enquiries from qualified ones.
What changed
Budget decisions are made on the qualified number rather than the raw one. The relationship is expanding into SEO and the 2027 digital marketing plan — in progress, not a finished result.

CRM and lifecycle marketing for DICOM Systems

The problem
Marketing and sales activity spread across tools, with no single reliable view of what was happening or what it was worth.
Our role
We implemented and then ran the marketing system, and owned the reporting rhythm around it.
What we built
HubSpot CRM, email campaigns, dashboards, monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews.
What changed
Marketing activity and pipeline became reviewable on a regular cadence rather than reconstructed on demand.

Monthly billing preparation

The problem
Monthly billing is small, repetitive and unforgiving — the sort of task that is never urgent until it is late.
Our role
We designed and built the routines, and use them every month.
What we built
Tracking monthly hours, generating invoices, requesting approval, and drafting the accompanying client emails.
What changed
The preparation stopped consuming an evening. Approval and sending remain deliberate human steps — drafts are prepared, not dispatched.

Advertising reports and dashboards

The problem
Monthly client reporting pulled from several ad platforms, each with its own export, naming and definition of a conversion.
Our role
We built the reporting and dashboard workflows and maintain them.
What we built
Monthly client reporting and dashboards from Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaign data.
What changed
Reporting became a scheduled output rather than a monthly assembly job, which also made the numbers consistent month to month.

Management and operational reporting

The problem
Leadership needed recurring visibility — weekly, monthly, and a forward look at cash — without someone rebuilding it by hand each time.
Our role
We built the agents and automations, use them, and refine them as the needs change.
What we built
Executive weekly summaries, pipeline dashboards, a 13-week cash-flow report, financial reporting and controller support, and other recurring reporting and administrative work. The work involved QuickBooks, Asana, ProJul, OneDrive and Outlook — different workflows using different tools, not one integrated system.
What changed
More got done by one person, and time came back for strategy and thinking. That is the honest benefit; no percentage was measured and we will not invent one.

Client engagements are described without figures we are not free to publish. Any screenshots or demonstrations shown in a conversation use sample or redacted data.
